Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To protect your consumer rights, we offer a return policy compliant with Philippine consumer protection regulations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you sign for the package.
Please note that returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any artificial damage.

  • All original brand tags and labels must be intact.

  • Original packaging boxes/bags must be included.

  • Any complimentary gifts must be returned as well.

2. Return Application Process (Important: Regarding Return Address)
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to our official contact email help@coversart.com containing your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.

  • Step 2: Our customer service will verify your request within 24 hours and provide you with a dedicated return address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in the reply email. Please note: You must ship the return items to the specific address provided by our support staff in the email. Returns sent without prior email confirmation will not be accepted.

  • Step 3: Pack the items as required and send them back via a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Processing Time and Shipping Costs

  • Refund Time: After we receive and inspect your return (which typically takes 3-5 business days), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (the actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform, such as PayPal).

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items, the round-trip shipping costs will be covered by coversart. If it is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, color preference, or change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and we will deduct the initial shipping fee from your refund.

4. Exceptions for Returns
Please note that the following situations are not eligible for returns: (1) Personal jewelry that has been opened and worn (e.g., earrings, for hygiene reasons); (2) Items that exceed the 14-day return period; (3) Items damaged due to improper personal use.
