We understand the importance of time. All orders placed on the coversart official website will be picked, quality-checked, and handed over to local couriers within 1-3 business days after successful payment.

If the item you purchased is on pre-sale or customized, the shipping date will be stated on the product page and will be subject to that timeline.

Orders placed on weekends and Philippine national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Carriers & Shipping Coverage
We partner with reputable local couriers in the Philippines, such as LBC Express and J&T Express. Our shipping coverage extends to all provinces within the Philippines, including Metro Manila and provincial areas.

Metro Manila: Estimated delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.

Other Provinces / Remote Islands: Estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days (subject to the courier's local network coverage).
3. Order Tracking & Shipping Issues
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track the status via the courier's website. If your package is not delivered within the estimated time due to force majeure events (e.g., typhoons causing traffic disruptions):

4. Packaging & Tax Information
We ensure your items are securely packaged with shockproof and waterproof materials. As the purchase price already includes local Philippine VAT, you are not required to pay any additional customs clearance or handling fees upon signing for the package. If the courier attempts to charge you extra fees privately, please report it to us immediately via help@coversart.com.
